CHEF’S NOTES:

Tomatoes should be seeded prior to dicing to remove excess water

INGREDIENTS (In Order):

  1. Quinoa Salad: To include 2 oz. Chopped Vegetable Medley (Diced: Peppers, Tomato Concasse, Zucchini and Squash), 1 oz. Greek Vinaigrette, Salt and Pepper to taste (Qty: 6 oz.)
    Packaging Procedure: Wrap bowl in single layer cling wrap and heat shrink
