Seven Layer Dip and Chips

CHEF’S NOTES:

  • Build Dip in Order from Bottom Up: Refried Beans, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Chopped Tomatoes, Salsa, Shredded Cheese and Black Olives. Garnish with Fresh Cilantro
  • When complete double wrap large bowl and heat shrink to insure chips do not become stale

INGREDIENTS (In Order):

  1. Tortilla Chips (Qty: 8 oz.)
    Product Spec: Tri Colored
    Packaging Procedure: Wrap Dip bowl individually and place inside large bowl
  2. Dip: Seven Layer (Qty: 10 oz.)
    Product Spec: Caterer Recipe
    Packaging Procedure: Double wrap large bowl and heat shrink
