   Packaging Procedure: Place lids on ramekins
2. Reggiano Parmesan (Qty: .5 oz.)
   Product Spec: Shaved
3. Croutons (Qty: .5 oz.)
   Product Spec: Caterer recipe
   Packaging Procedure: Wrap tray in single layer cling wrap and heat shrink
4. Caesar Dressing (Qty: 2 oz.)
   Product Spec: Caterer Recipe, Girard’s, Newman’s, Ken’s or Similar
   Packaging Procedure: Do not fill to the top
