   Product Spec: 100% Juice
   Packaging Procedure: Place lids on ramekins
2. Mini Crudité, to include at least 3 varieties of Vegetables (Qty: 4 oz.)
   Product Spec: Baton Cut when appropriate
3. Ranch Dressing (Qty: 2 oz.)
   Packaging Procedure: Wrap and heat shrink tray
4. Fruit (Qty: 5 oz.)
   Product Spec: To Include at least 4 Varieties of Fruit, Medium to Large Dice
5. Cheddar Cheese, Sliced and Wrapped (Qty: 4 ea.)
6. Pepperidge Farm Cracker (Qty: 2 ea.)
   Product Spec: May substitute 4 individual crackers, wrapped
7. Go-Gurt Yogurt (Qty: 1 ea.)
   Product Spec: Frozen Prior to Plating and Boarding
8. Ti or Banana Leaves (Qty: 1 ea.)
