CHEF’S NOTES:

  • It may be necessary to “glue” the strawberries to the tray to prevent movement during transport. Melted chocolate and caramel sauces are some examples of suitable adhesive.
  • Please use contrasting chocolate zig-zag patterns for presentation

INGREDIENTS (In Order):

  1. Chocolate Dipped Strawberries: White and Dark Chocolate (Qty: 6)
    Product Spec: Caterer Prepared
    Packaging Procedure: Package as shown and shrink-wrap
  2. Garnish, Ruskus Leaf or Mint Sprig (Qty: 1 ea.)
  3. Ti or Banana Leaf (Qty: 1 ea.)
