CHEF’S NOTES:

  • Quinoa should be minimally seasoned with Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to enhance flavor
  • Utilize 6oz. plastic portion cup to mold quinoa and leave on salad to maintain shape for transport.(pictured below)

INGREDIENTS (In Order):

  1. Quinoa (Qty: 5 oz.)
    Product Spec: Minimum of 2 Options may include shrimp
  2. Grape Tomatoes: Sliced or whole (Qty: 3 ea.)
    Packaging Procedure: Wrap in single layer cling wrap and heat shrink
  3. Olives: Black or Kalamata (Qty: 3-5 ea.)
  4. Feta Cubes (Qty: 1 oz.)
  5. Carrots: Shredded or Julienne (Qty: 1 oz.)
  6. Cucumber: Sliced or Julienne (Qty: 2 oz.)
  7. Mesclun and Romaine Mix (Pictured: Includes Baby Kale) (Qty: 5 oz.)
  8. Croutons, Seasoned (Qty: 4 oz.)
  9. Greek Vinaigrette (Qty: 4 oz.)
    Packaging Procedure: Do not fill to the top
  10. Lemon Circle (Qty: 1 ea.)
    Product Spec: Lemon outer cut without seeds
