CHEF’S NOTES:
- Quinoa should be minimally seasoned with Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to enhance flavor
- Utilize 6oz. plastic portion cup to mold quinoa and leave on salad to maintain shape for transport.(pictured below)
INGREDIENTS (In Order):

Packaging Procedure: Wrap in single layer cling wrap and heat shrink - Olives: Black or Kalamata (Qty: 3-5 ea.)

- Cucumber: Sliced or Julienne (Qty: 2 oz.)
- Mesclun and Romaine Mix (Pictured: Includes Baby Kale) (Qty: 5 oz.)

- Greek Vinaigrette (Qty: 4 oz.)
